Cap Soleil T3 proche plage

The accommodation is in a very good location for the beach and Lidl. Its very close to aqualand water park as well. It's quite basic accommodation but quite bright and airy. The terrace area was lovely to have lunch on. Has most things like cutlery, crockery, basic cooking equipment. You need to bring your own bedlinen.

Despite contacting the host multiple times via the website we were not given the correct address so we ended up on the right road but wrong building- there are no buildings called Cap Soleil, it is the Residence Antinea. When trying to call the host to find out where we should meet she didn't speak english and we didn't speak good enough french so communication was a bit challenging. Also the accommodation was not the cleanest when we arrived. There were cigarette butts in the kitchen and bathroom bins (I thought it was a non smoking property) and there was dirt smeared across the bathroom sink. There was also sand on the kitchen table. Not massive issues but just an extra edge to already stressful arrival.
