About this apartment rental
Cocoonr Agency offers this 45 m² flat for rent in Agde, 300 m from Cap d'Agde beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchenette, a bedroom, a sleeping area and a shower room (with shower and WC). Sheets and towels included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with TV, sofa bed and armchair.
- An open-plan kitchenette with appliances including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob.
- A 6 m² south-west-facing loggia with dining area
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (ideal for children)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Outside area :
- An outdoor swimming pool shared with the residence, unheated, open from 8 May to 30 September (secure fence, gated access with code).

- Agde train station is about 13 km away (10 to 15 min by car or about 35 min by bus).
- Béziers - Cap d'Agde airport is about 15 km away (20 min by car).
- Public transport: the accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the Cap'Bus bus stop, which links Agde station, the town centre and the beaches.
The flat is ideally located in Agde, in a very pleasant environment. Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find a bakery, mini-market, chemist, restaurants and beach shops.
Other remarks :
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay, one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels included
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
