About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this flat for rent in Agde, just 300 metres from Cap d’Agde beach. It measures 45 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor (with a lift), it comprises a 25 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a sleeping area and a bathroom (with shower and toilet).
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living area with a TV, sofa bed and armchair.
- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob
- A 6 m² south-west-facing loggia with a dining area
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (ideal for children)
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet
Outdoors:
- A shared outdoor swimming pool with the residence, unheated, open from 8 May to 30 September (secure fencing, access via a gate with a code).

- Cap d’Agde beaches a 3-minute walk away

- Agde railway station is approximately 13 km away (10 to 15 minutes by car or around 35 minutes by bus).
- Béziers–Cap d’Agde Airport is approximately 15 km away (20 minutes by car).
- Public transport: the accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the Cap’Bus bus stop, which connects Agde railway station, the town centre and the beaches.
The flat is ideally situated in Agde, in a very pleasant setting. Within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find a bakery, a mini-market, a chemist’s, restaurants and beach shops.

- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be arranged with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay, for one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify this at the time of booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to favourable weather conditions.
