L’équipement de la cuisine, la literie, la localisation près de notre activité principale, l’amabilité du propriétaire et la gentillesse et la disponibilité de la conciergerie.

Le calme de l'appartement donnant sur le golf . L'aménagement de l'appartement .Machine à laver le linge.Four et micro-ondes. Terrasse immense pour déjeuner et se reposer .

Emplacement idéal, balcon, vue sur le golf, piscine chauffée au top, calme (c'était fin septembre aussi...), commerces, port et plages à proximité. Rapport qualité/prix pour cette période de l'année. Parking, appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé.
Salle de bain un peu étroite pour personnes à mobilité réduite. Quelques ustensiles de cuisine pourraient être changés (poêles), literie éventuellement plus confortable, mais ça n'enlève rien à la qualité globale de l'appartement.
