Extrêmement bien placé

Comfortable property in an excellent location just a short stroll to the beach and (in Season) Aqualand and Aquapark. To the "centre" it is a 20 minute walk but this can be all traffic free: 2/3 along the Quais and 1/3 on a dedicated foot / cycle track. Or you could take a bus for 1 Euro if you want to avoid the hassle of a hot car and parking. There is also a bus stop just outside in the other direction if you fancy a trip to Agde or further. (Public transport in the area is efficient and cheap). For provisions there is a small Carrefour 400m away. PS I cannot say anything about the beach facilities as my visit to the beach was in the evening and out of season

For someone traveling without a car the key-box is a 20 minute walk from the property

L'immeuble est bien situé avec un joli petit parc bien entretenu, avec commerces à côté et très belles plages à 10 minutes à pieds !

L'évier de la cuisine, au niveau de la base du mitigeur est très abîmé, le frigo avait quelques traces de moisissure au niveau de la porte et de son joint et les vitres étaient sales !
