Owner will email Guest a Rental Agreement that must be Completed and Signed Electronically and Provide Proof of ID. The address on rental agreement must match ID. Sample Rental Agreement is Posted for Review. Please request pool heating if interested see description for fees.
Pets are welcome, Max 2, Full Body Photo required at booking. $50/night pet fee.
Paradise Retreat HOA doesn't allow the following to be parked in the neighborhood. Mobile Campers or Trailers, Boats, Commercial Vehicles of any Kind, All Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or in the garage. Golf Carts are allowed but must be parked in the garage. No Street parking is allowed.
HOA will impose a fine of $100.00 if trash cans are left out after trash is picked up on Monday and Thursdays. Guest must return cans to covered trash container on the left side of the house.

It was amazing! Very kid friendly and accommodating fir all of us. I would recommend this place to everyone. The owner stayed in touch and always responded back really quick! I absolutely loved this place !

My family and I loved the privacy of the house.
Very spacious for children to play around. Few things need to be updated, the living room pillows need to be replaced, couch needs deep cleaning along with area rug. The pool was great, kids loved it. BBQ grill was found a bit dirty.
I would suggest a bit of more lighting in the backyard area during evening hours. Overall it was a great experience, it just needs a bit of more maintenance.
