Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and trolley are staged and waiting. Keyless smart lock entry means no key pickup — your personal access code arrives 24 hours before check-in.
Pool heating is available as an add-on for $40/night. Just let us know when you book and we'll have it warm before you arrive. Highly recommended for fall and winter stays.

· Golf Cart: A complimentary 6-seat golf cart is included for your stay and stored in the garage. A rental agreement covering use of the golf cart and bikes will be provided at booking.
· Security: We have exterior cameras at the front of the house and a Ring doorbell (both active 24/7). A Minut noise sensor monitors decibel levels during quiet hours — it cannot record audio, only detects excessive noise levels. There are no cameras in or facing the pool area.
· Community: The home is located in a quiet, upscale gated community. Out of respect for neighbors, parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

The location of this home is perfect if you prefer to not stay on the beach. Golf cart was great as well as the heated pool! The owner was very kind and responsive. There was an issue with the pool heater and she refunded me the fees I paid and sent us a little treat! The only negative I have to say is that the place needs updating. The couch is very uncomfortable and my husband and I were not even able to sit on it together. There are two small chairs in the LR too. I own a VRBO and you have to spend money to make money. The place was overpriced for the shape it is in. Great location and amenities, just looks rough.

The house is in a gated community and located near everything: beach, restaurants and things to do. The heated pool and hot tub was great with staying in December. We do wish the pool could have been a little warmer but owner communicated that weather may be a factor for that. Access to the properties golf cart was great especially since we did not rent a car. And plenty of room for beach equipment. Overall had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again in the future.

Just as described. Communication was wonderful and easy to work with. Golf cart was great and made getting around much easier. Private beach was perfect and because of golf cart was able to park near by. Thanks again.

We had a great time during our stay at Sagar! Beautiful home and great amenities were perfect! Our stay was only a short 2 days but packed full of fun! We will definitely be back but will probably stay a minimum of 4 days next go around.
