Spacious, comfortable.
Good location close to supermarket, bakery, bus stop and coffee shop. Opposite stairs that lead down to the Pile gate on 5min (easy on the way down but note for way up is about 200 steps, pretty unavoidable in Dubrovnik) or a road down/back up from Ploce gate if you aren’t game for the stairs.
Friendly owner, despite language barrier we managed and she gave us some homemade biscuits.
A little bit of noise from neighbours.
On our last day we heard a noise in the morning and then after that a strong smell came out of the bathroom so we assume there was a plumbing issue. Prior to this it was fine and haven’t seen any other reviews mention it so might be a one off thing that happened during our stay.

The location is nice! You are, as it states, steps from the old town. When you walk over, you get good views of the entire scene, and then you just walk down into it. It's easy to get to Old Town or the gondola, and it's a convenient location for ride service pickup and drop-off.

Lovely property, very comfortable, great kitchen and friendly management (who shared some home made cakes with us)
Great location, very easy walk to old town… Double glazing worked really well and kept traffic noise to a minimum.

El apartamento en general, la facilidad para el check in y la fácil comunicación. Había dos aguas con gas de cortesía. Nos dejaron guardar las maletas.
No es barato, pero nada es barato en Dubrovnik. Mejor de precio que otras opciones. Faltaba un gel de ducha.
