Residenza Vinci Room & Suite

La Residenza Vinci Room & Suite è una struttura situata a pochi passi dal centro storico di Pizzo, in una posizione comoda per visitare il paese e passeggiare tra le sue caratteristiche vie. Il proprietario si è dimostrato disponibile e cortese, consentendomi di effettuare il check-in oltre l’orario previsto. Dopo averlo contattato telefonicamente, mi ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per accedere alla struttura in modo semplice e veloce, assegnandomi una camera con balcone e vista mare, uno degli aspetti più apprezzati del soggiorno. La camera era di dimensioni nella norma e il bagno disponeva di un kit di benvenuto.

La pulizia era complessivamente buona, ma alcuni dettagli potrebbero essere curati maggiormente. Tra gli aspetti migliorabili segnalo il mini frigorifero, che non raffreddava adeguatamente, e il climatizzatore che, pur essendo impostato alla temperatura minima, non riusciva a mantenere la stanza sufficientemente fresca. Inoltre, avrei gradito la disponibilità di un secondo cuscino per rendere il riposo più confortevole. Nel bagno era assente il bidet.

We didn't meet Gregorio but he made sure we knew that eh was available if we needed. The views from the rooms were spectacular and we had the two rooms at the top which meant that the floor was ours and property was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The parking area opposite the place made it really easy and accessible and it's a very safe town so no concerns there. The town centre is great but be prepared to get your cardio in because there are many... many steps if you're thinking of getting around on foot. We didn't mind and the town square itself was enchanting and lively (we visited a little after Christmas). We didn't get to spend much time there as it was a one-nighter and we kept driving but would be happy to visit again and explore the nearby towns.

soundproofing of the rooms wasn't great and the amount of steps inside made it a little difficult to navigate with our luggage but it wasn't such a big issue in any case.

Poharak hiánya, törölközőtartó fogasok hiánya a fürdőszobában, fürdőszoba ajtó iszonyatosan szorul, alig lehet bejutni a helyiségbe, az erkélyen nincsenek székek.
