Die Wohnung ist geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Es war überall extrem sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist äußerst praktisch, nur wenige Gehminuten (über Treppenwege) vom Strand entfernt und mitten auf der Piazza della Reppubblica gelegen. Vom Balkon kann man abends wunderbar das abendliche Treiben beobachten. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war sehr gut, wenn auch ein wenig unpersönlich.
Man sollte wissen, dass die Lokale hier, vor allem am Wochenende, bis spät in die Nacht Musik spielen und relativ früh morgens schon wieder damit anfangen. Dies kann außerhalb der Hochsaison aber auch wieder anders sein. Einige Fenster schließen nicht ganz dicht, sodass die Geräusche von der Straße (Hupen, Müllabfuhr) durchdringen. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte entsprechend vorsorgen.

The location was great and the house was lovely. It was large and spacious with a full living room, bedroom, large bathroom and full kitchen. This place is right above the square so if your looking for absolute peace and quiet it won't be for you but had completely reasonable noise levels even on the weekend.
Some communication could have been improved and clarity of policies. They charged a cleaning fee which I eventually requested to be returned to me. Some of the amenities weren't the cleanest and had to be spoken about with the operators of the property.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Sie ist sehr zweckmäßig und stilvoll eingerichtet, hat ein farbenfrohes Bad und eine gut sortierte Küche. Der kleine Balkon geht auf den Platz der Republik, von dem aus man das Treiben gut beobachten kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns mit einer großen Torte empfangen. Sie können viele Tips zu Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung geben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
