Really enjoyed our stay in Sanremo great location everything in walking distance.
Location was ideal
Lots of ants and no insect spray to fix the problem. Un-punctual staff for Check in and out. Requires some basic maintenance.

Very central location, nearby the pedestrian street: restaurants, shop, sea is nearby.
Parking is a bit of a hassle. Especially to offload/load the luggage from/to the car -- no where to park nearby. So, either prepare to travel light or walk with the luggage in hand for a block or so. Actually, there's no living room: both sofa's are in corridor at the entrance into apartment.

Mooi appartement, maar onderhoud was onvoldoende
Locatie was verrassend goed. Midden in het centrum!
De staat van onderhoud van het mooie appartement was ronduit slecht! De keukenkast deurtjes zaten allemaal los. Lampen van de muur. Toilet zat scheef. Deur van badkamer kon niet dicht. Plinten lost aan de muur. Slaapbank erg versleten. Ook hebben we zelf eerst de bedden moeten verschonen voordat we erin durfde te slapen. Echt zonde. Allemaal punten die de eigenaar in een dag zou kunnen regelen.

La posizione eccellente e la casa sufficientemente dotata delle suppellettili essenziali per il soggiorno. Grande disponibilità della Host ce ci ha accolto nel suggerirci dove prendere lenzuola e tovaglie pulitem
La casa all'arrivo era sporca, la biancheria dei letti e le asciugamani con aloni di sporco e non stirate. Il divano letto senza lenzuola. I filtri del condizionatore erano sporchissimi. Nel bagno non c'era un appendino per le asciugamani. Le luci non funzionavano bene, molte erano non funzionanti. La porta del bagno non chiudeva. La ringhiera del soppalco andrebbe messa in sicurezza per i bambini piccoli, come anche le scale. La casa offre sei posti letto ma per quanto riguarda la privacy va bene solo per una famiglia Difficoltà con tutti i letti aperti per andare in bagno.

Posizione ottima ma non ne vale la pensa per le condizioni in cui abbiamo trovato la struttura
Disgustoso. Sporco. Inaccettabile. Appena arrivati troviamo due pannolini usati sul davanzale della cucina. Una scena schifosa e indecente. La casa è visibilmente non pulita da tempo: muffa nella doccia, macchie ovunque, vetri sporchi, lavandino che perde, moscerini in cucina, formiche vicino ai letti, muri e prese elettriche rovinate, battiscopa staccati, mobili rotti, luci non funzionanti, porte che non si chiudono. Divano letto e letto singolo non preparati, host che cerca lenzuola al volo davanti a noi. Solo 2 rotoli di carta igienica iniziati, 5 asciugamani piccoli da mani e nient’altro. Abbiamo segnalato pannolini, rubinetto e asciugamani: risposta “passo domani”, mai vista. Aria condizionata tiepida in salotto (dove dormono 3/4 persone), rotta in cucina, ignorata dalla host al check-in. Lo “spazio esterno” è un deposito condominiale pieno di spazzatura. Zero igiene, zero assistenza, zero rispetto. Il peggior soggiorno mai vissuto. Evitatelo. Allego foto collage perché erano troppe cose da segnalare per 4 foto caricabili.
