Very quiet place on the last floor of the building. The nearby buildings are just as tall or less, and you are pretty up high so it makes the place isolated from street noises. It has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding buildings. The place is suitable for 2-3 friends. The is one double bed and a sofa that could be slept on, but they are in the same room - everything is in the same room. It's close to the center with many restaurants and walking streets. There is a kitchen, TV, a nice bathroom and quick hot water supply. There is a working elevator in the building.

The situation with parking is a little rough. We found a parking spot very easily and near the accommodation, but I it's a risk. The neighbourhood is very tightly packed with street parking only available, but you are in the city center so it's expected. The place tends to get a bit hot as it is the very last floor, but there's an AC.

The apartment's location is superb, and the balcony is large and beautiful.

This property is not a luxury apartment as advertised. Instead, it is a very basic, dated unit that does not justify the price. The furniture is minimal and of poor quality, the washing machine appears to be decades old, and many of the decorations look like inexpensive vintage or second-hand items. The apartment itself is old and was not as clean as expected. The biggest concern is security. The balcony is easily accessible, making it possible for someone to enter from outside and then access the apartment through the balcony doors or windows. This made me feel unsafe during my stay. The only real highlight is the fantastic view. Unfortunately, that alone does not make up for the condition of the apartment or the misleading luxury listing.
