Apart from the disadvantage of being on the ground floor, it’s a pleasant apartment.

Because it’s on the ground floor, the noise from people passing by on the street fills the entire house. Unfortunately, this continues until late at night. Other than that, the amenities of the house are very good.

The location is perfect, the house is clean and the owners are very attentive. I would like to choose it again in the summer.

Due to natural gas problems in the area, heating is only done with heaters. Therefore, it is necessary to remove the necessary switches for ground cold and hot water 1 hour in advance.

Isıtma gayet güzel ve verimli.Ayrıca evin konumu merkeze ve sahile yürüme mesafesinde. Otopark problemi de yok. Şifreli anahtar kutusu sayesinde ilk giriş ve evden ayrılırken çıkış çok kolay.

Duş kabini banyoya su kaçırıyor ve zemin ıslanıyor. Duş başlığının takıldığı dikey çubuk iyi sabitlenmemiş,yerinden çıkıyor. Ahşap panjurların bir tanesi tamire ihtiyaç duyuyor. Birde odaların ahşap zemin kaplamaları gıcırdıyor. Gündüzleri sorun değil ama geceleri rahatsızlık verebiliyor. Bunları ev sahibine bilgi vermek için yazıyorum. Kesinlikle büyük bir sorun değil.
