Lokasyon, temizlik, evin genel durumu.
Çay kahve kalınan gün ve kişi sayısı ile orantısız. Sıcak su konusunda daha önceden bilgi verilebilirdi, ilave aksiyon almak gerekiyormuş. Park yeri merkezi konum nedeniyle sorun olabiliyor.

Excelent din toate punctele de vedere: locație, curățenie, dotări, etc. Se poate găsi parcare în zonă cu puțină răbdare, pe strada, fără cost! Sunt și parcări private în apropiere.
Un singur minus, un pic cam multă gălăgie de pe stradă, multe motorete și scutere până târziu în noapte, dar este de înțeles fiind o zonă centrală!
