Poor Comfort

We booked this room for 4 people, but upon arrival, only one double bed was prepared. We were forced to set up the sofa and an extra bed ourselves, which is completely unacceptable for a paid stay. The bathroom was in terrible condition. The shower was extremely poor and leaked water from every direction, flooding the bathroom. There wasn’t even a single complimentary bottle of water in the room, which is a basic expectation. We tried using the air conditioner downstairs, but it failed to heat the lower floor at all. Overall comfort was very poor. The only positive aspect of this place is its location near the main street. Other than that, the service and facilities were disappointing. This place absolutely does not deserve its current rating. I would not recommend staying here.

Stadtmitte. Überall war leicht zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung ist für 3 erwachsener nicht gut geeignet , WC und Badezimmer war in oberen Etage. Die Treppen waren eng und sehr steil. Schlafcouch und die Matratzen sind total eingeweicht

Много тясно, миришеше зле, нямаше място за паркиране и трябваше да обикаляме с колата, докато намерим място за паркиране. Бойлерът е много малък и се изключваше сам и след плаж нямаше достатъчно топла вода. Бяхме с деца, а стълбището е изключително тясно-стъпалата са около 10-15 см широки, това е опасно за възрастни, а какво да говорим за деца. Снимките създават много нереалистична представа за мястото. Много трудно отворихме кутията с ключовете.

У помешканні було чисто та комфортно. Є все необхідне для проживання. З паркуванням проблем не виникло. Чисто, тепло та затишно. Розташування у самому центрі, 5 хвилин до набережної.
