We had a lovely two-day stay in Alexandroupoli! The apartment is located in a central area, making it easy to walk to the center in about 8-10 minutes on a nice day, and there's convenient parking available if you arrive by car. We also appreciated being close to markets and various dining options nearby. The host was incredibly kind and very helpful with everything, offering great suggestions for places to eat and shop. The apartment was also very clean. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient base for exploring the city.

Het appartement was een souterrain en dat bleef bij de hitte buiten toch lekker koel. De eigenaar en zijn vrouw wonen in hetzelfde pand, dus we hadden geen moeite om binnen te komen. Verder waren ze heel attent en kregen we gratis lekkernijen.

Het appartement ligt op een flinke loopafstand van het centrum en de haven, in het noorden van Alexandroupoli. In de wijk waar wij zaten waren er niet veel voorzieningen (m.n. restaurants), dus moesten voor het eten steeds een flinke wandeling maken.
