Best place ever!

It’s a small but very comfortable place. Good quality furniture and all appliances work perfectly. The kitchen has all the necessities. The bathroom its also very modern as the rest of the apartment and it has enough space to put personal stuff. The terrace it’s very spațios, a nice place for morning breakfast or coffee. Besides, even though it’s close to the elevator the place has very good phonic insulation.

Dairenin konumu oldukça iyi, şehir merkezine ve caddeye yürüme mesafesinde, kolay park yeri. Evin önündeki sokakta park yeri bulunuyor. Daire çok temizdi, klima mevcut ve gayet iyi çalışır durumdaydı. Biz genel olarak memnun kaldık. Dairede ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut.

Great Location, Lovely Room

Oda çok temizdi, su, atıştırmalık kraker, odada giyebileceğimiz terlikler düşünülmüştü. Oda klimayla çok hızlı ısındı. Balkonu çok güzel, mutfağı çok kullanışlı. İnternet gayet hızlı. En önemlisi de oda gerçekten çok güzel bir konumda, her yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Sokakta park sorunu da yok :)

Su güneş enerjisiyle ısınıyor anladığımız kadarıyla ve şalteri açmamız gerektiğini fark etmedik. Hava da kapalı olduğu için son gün sıcak su kullanmamız mümkün olmadı. Ama çok sorun değildi.

Spotless and Fully Equipped Stay Just Minutes from the City Center

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετικό και ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία. Το σπίτι ήταν άψογο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειάζεται κάποιος για μια άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή. Οι χώροι ήταν ευρύχωροι και λειτουργικοί, προσφέροντας μια αίσθηση άνεσης από την πρώτη στιγμή. Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν ιδανική, καθώς βρισκόταν πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, ενώ ακριβώς κάτω από την πολυκατοικία υπήρχε μίνι μάρκετ, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή ακόμη πιο πρακτική. Η καθαριότητα ήταν υποδειγματική. Το σπίτι έλαμπε και οι πετσέτες και τα κλινοσκεπάσματα μύριζαν φρεσκάδα και καθαριότητα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικά εξυπηρετικός, τόσο πριν από το ταξίδι όσο και κατά τη διάρκειά του, πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει και να απαντήσει σε οποιαδήποτε απορία άμεσα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά σε μελλοντικό ταξίδι.

Bina eski olsa da ev gayet modern döşenmiş. Eksiksiz ve temiz bir ev. Gayet memnun kaldık. Yemek yerlerine 7-8 dk lık yürüyüş mesafesindeydi.

Apartman girişinin kilidinde veya bize verilen anahtarda sıkıntı vardı her seferinde kapıyı açarken sorun yaşadık. Kontrol edilmesinde fayda var . 5 dk kapıyı açmakla uğraştığımız oldu.

Park yeri sıkıntı olabiliyor. Bazen uzağa park etmek zorunda kaldık.Tesis adresi tesisin tam adresi değil çok yakınına götürüyor. Evde tuz ve bulaşık deterjanı yoktu ama hemen altında market var. Biz hallettik fakat takibi yapılsa iyi olur.

Ev içerisinde temiz ve yeni eşyalar vardı. Her şey kullanışlı ve düşünceli yerleştirilmişti. İkramlar internet ve havlular yeterli ve iyiydi. Balkonda çamaşır için askı olması da işimizi bayağı gördü.

Otopark konusunda evet apartmandakiler ait bir yer var fakat geceleri geç saatte geldiğinizde orayı boş bulma olasılığınız çok düşük. Sokakta da yer olduğu söyleniyor ama yaz sezonunda turistik hareketliliğin olduğu bir dönemde gittiğinizde yer bulabilme olasılığınız çok düşük. Biz sokakta 15 dakika yer aramak zorunda kaldık.

Το urban gem είναι ένα μοσχομυρωδάτο, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο μικρό κατάλυμα στο κέντρο της Αλεξανδρούπολης, σε ασφαλή περιοχή. Τα κλινοσκεπάσματα και οι πετσέτες ολόλευκα και πεντακάθαρα. Το ίδιο και κάθε επιφάνεια του σπιτιού. Εύκολη παραλαβή κλειδιών, πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη. Εύκολη στάθμευση έξω από το κατάλυμα. Η απόσταση για τη θάλασσα είναι περίπου 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια, ενώ σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν ταβέρνες και καφέ. Τέλος, εκτιμούμε ότι το check out έγινε στη 1 το μεσημέρι, κατόπιν συνεννόησης.

Θα συνιστούσαμε την τοποθέτηση τέντας και σίτες στην πόρτα και το παράθυρο. Η θέση της τηλεόρασης δε διευκολύνει τη θέαση από το κρεβάτι, μόνο από τον καναπέ, αλλά μάλλον δεν υπήρχε άλλη κατάλληλη θέση. Τέλος, μία καφετιέρα espresso ή γαλλικού καφέ θα ήταν μια ωραία προσθήκη, εκτός από τον βραστήρα.
