Tesisin konumu gayet iyiydi, yürüyerek her yere rahatça ulaşabildik. Evdeki yataklar oldukça rahattı ve konaklamamız boyunca ihtiyacımız olan eşyalar fazlasıyla yeterliydi. Anahtar teslimi ve giriş süreci de gayet kolay ve sorunsuz ilerledi. Genel olarak konumu ve konforu için , kısa süreli konaklamalarımızda tekrar tercih edebiliriz.
Araçla gelecekler için otopark ciddi bir sorun teşkil ediyor, park yeri bulmakta zorlandık. Otoparkı olmadığını bilerek tercih ettik, Sokaklarda ücretsiz park yerleri var, fakat yeterli değil. genelde dolu olduğu için ücretli yerlere gittik. Ayrıca ev, mimari yapısı veya konumu nedeniyle güneş alma konusunda ne yazık ki pek yeterli değil, bu yüzden içerisi biraz basık/karanlık kalıyor. Fiyat/fayda dengesi açısından biraz daha geliştirilebilir. Balkon olmadığını biliyorduk, kabul ederek gittik. eksikliğini hissettik.

Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi, oda resimlerdeki gibiydi. Tek sıkıntı evin etrafında araba için park yeri bulmak zor zordu bu nedenle biraz uzaga park etmek zorunda kaldık. Şehir merkezine çok yakın yürüyerek 4 dakika. Evin içinde eşyalar kullanım için yeterliydi ve iki adet klima da var.
