# The wifi connection is horrible it doesn't work in bedroom and in living room room also not good. # They mentioned the air conditioner but due to the default setting of that took too long to make the room in nice temperature. # They mentioned ac in bedroom as well as it looks like ac but actually its fan only which makes the room always hot as it doesn't work nicely so instead of that ac they have to give ventilator or proper fan . # They didn't provide even the basic necessities in washroom no shower gel even. # In 30degrees its tough manage without fan blowing as the room always hot and provide warm wind .

I had a pleasant stay in this apartment. It is very clean, peaceful, and well located near the sea with easy access to public transport. The place was comfortable and met my needs well.

It would have been nice to have coffee or tea provided.

The location is very comfortable for traveling by bus. A few minutes to the bus stop. Nearby shops, cafes. 5 minutes walk to the sea.

There was only one small mirror in the bathroom. There was no clothes dryer as described in the description.

I liked the location.

Towels not properly cleaned! Smelled bad. Bed sheets old and poor quality and not cleaned well. Armchair in bedroom had one back leg missing! Very dangerous to sit on and fall as it was positioned in front of a sharp corner of wall sticking out. Rooms dingy and dark as windows look out straight onto a very hugh brick wall. Looks like a prison! You barely see a patch of sky high up if you lean out of the window. The aircob heating didn’t work so it was cold and damp in early March at night. We had no hot water one day! Kitchen pan scratched and not non stick. Unhealthy! No grater so you cannot have grated cheese on your pasta for example. Poorly equipped kitchen. Sofa bed uncomfortable. Could hear neighbours through walls very loudly all around : talking on the stairs, including babies upstairs… no insulation whatsoever. When they flush the toilet upstairs it sounds like it floods in the flat it is so loud! Walls and furniture are damaged and old and looking unpleasant. Cleaning is of poor quality. I was told there would be shampoo and conditioner. There wasn’t any. Just a body wash. Which is fine but they shouldn’t say one thing and provide another. Substandard overall. Communication was good. They provided a heater and responded quickly. So I appreciated that. But I had to minimise the time spent indoors as it just isn’t a pleasant space. When booking take care to check facilities for your selected flat as they bunched up all the photos of all the flats in the building together to confuse you! They show you nice balconies etc but i got a dingy dark prison block cell flat with no balcony and windows with barely any light because they look towards some sort of strange dark interior shaft with walls all around in a very tall small area like a tiny prison courtyard. I wouldn’t ever stay here again.
