Beachfront nice apartment in the stick neighborhood with 3 bedrooms full kitchen and 1 bathroom with municipal market 200 meters and 50 meters all kinds of services supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, and health center.
There is a bus stop 50 meters away.
To the city center about 10 to 15 minutes bus lines numbers 3 and 11, night No. 1
The location is perfect is located on the (Paseo Marítimo del Palo) for walking and family walks.
El Palo, Costa del Sol: it is a neighborhood of fishermen in the east of Malaga with typical restaurants of the fried fish area and the famous espetos at very moderate prices.
Accessibility: Long term rentals children are not allowed pets (smoking allowed).
You can also rent extra room for 1 or 2 people with their own bathroom in solariún terrace.

The location couldn’t have been better; right across (not busy) street from beach. And walkable to other beaches. My teens had a blast playing in waves. And it was easy ot head back to apartment quickly for snacks/etc throughout day. Walked to dinner and gelato each day. Grocery stores within walking distance. Antonio and Paulina were welcoming , lovely and helpful. Very adaptive to change our check-out time to accommodate the time we booked for a train. Would love to stay again next time we’re in area.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment, which is located right across from the beach. Antonio and his wife are lovely and incredibly kind people. They are always willing to think along with you and help wherever they can. Antonio is very quick to respond and always solution-oriented.For example, when the air conditioning on the upper floor stopped working, he immediately arranged a temporary solution and later even had a brand new air conditioning unit installed. He had also prepared bus cards with credit for us to use during our stay, which was a very thoughtful touch.We had a rental car, but parking can be a bit challenging because the beach is very popular among locals. However, the apartment is a perfect base to explore other places in the area.All in all, a great place with many birds and fantastic hosts!
