Renovated and very bright apartment on floor 5, just 300 meters from the beach and the promenade of the stick.
It has two bedrooms, one main with a double bed of 150 cms and another with a single bed of 90 cms. Also sofa bed in the living room. Fully furnished kitchen with oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and all necessary utensils.
Air conditioning and heating in master bedroom and living room.
Located in El Palo, one of the most traditional neighborhoods of Malaga and only 20 minutes from the city center by bus. Bus stop 2 minutes.
Surrounded by local shops such as fruit shops, bakeries, fishmongers, supermarkets and municipal market 5 minutes walk.

We had a great stay here. It was very clean and modern, with everything needed for a lovely holiday. It was so close to the beach it was amazing. The bathroom especially was also amazing for a holiday rental. Check in was advertised as from 4pm on VRBO, the owners however didn't let us know until very close to the time that we couldn't check in until 6pm. It might have been the day before. This was OK for us as we only had tiny backpacks to carry around town and we just went for late lunch, but is something to check before booking if check in time is more important to you (or you have massive suitcases to carry).
