APARTMENTS CASA TÍA ANTONIA, 2 BEDROOMS: Fabulous 2 bedroom beachfront apartment, just 10 meters from the beach sand, in a typical fishing area of Malaga, Barrio de El Palo. Fully equipped for 2-4 people. ON FOOT OF STREET, access without stairs, with 2 rooms, one with a double bed of 1.50 and another with a double bed in the other bedroom of 1.35, plus sofa bed in living room of 1.35. Bathroom with shower, living room with integrated kitchen area and a comfortable sofa. It has a great porch with beautiful views of the beach, at the foot of the promenade from where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a soft drink while watching the sunset over the bay of Malaga, or sit and relax at any time of the day . Everything in the apartment is brand new (kitchen, sofas, bedroom, TV, satellite, DVD, WIFI, ...), it has everything you need for a holiday by the sea. Fully equipped. Quiet, comfortable. Close to shops, El Palo market, highway access, golf course and El Candado yacht club. Ideal for relaxing holidays, beach and cultural visits. Only 15 minutes by bus from the city center.
Ideal for families and people with mobility difficulties. The beach is perfect for children as it has two breakwaters that make it shallow and protects it largely from waves.
Everything in the apartment is new (kitchen, sofas, bedrooms, TV, satellite, DVD, WIFI ...), it has everything you need to spend a holiday by the sea. * Rental bicycles on request. * Private parking on request only 150 meters from the apartment. * Airport / down pick-up service upon request. * Cot and high chair on request. The apartment is 10 meters from the beach in a typical fishing village of Malaga, with a selection of bars and restaurants at the door and on a 20km round road. It is a quiet area with excellent transport connections every 8 minutes. The city center with all its cultural attractions, nightlife and shopping is a 10-minute bus ride, Nerja and its Torremolinos caves 30 minutes and 25 minutes. This is ideal for those looking for relaxation, with all the comforts at hand and wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea, where we have around 300 sunny days a year. There is also a golf course just 600 meters from the lock and a marina just 5 minutes walk. Other Activities: beach soccer, beach volleyball, paddle tennis court, outdoor gymGolf: There are plenty of golf courses along the "Costa del Sol", in this area there is one in the Padlock Course (10 minutes to foot) and one in Añoreta Golf (10 minutes by car), there are also many many others within 20 minutes by car. These two courses are very reasonable. Skiing: The Sierra Nevada ski resort, located in Granada, with its 104 km of snow, is only 1 hour and 30 minutes away by car! Or visit the wonderful Alhambra. You will be able to ski in the morning and return to tea time by the sea TRANSPORTATION: From the airport you can take a bus or train to the city center and then a bus 15-20 minutes from El Palo, this bus, LINE Nº11, passes every 5 minutes from 23:30 every 40 minutes throughout the night. You can get the bus to the city center 8 minutes walk from the apartment. You can get a bus to Nerja in 5 minute walk from the apartment. You can take a taxi 200 meters away. BEACHES: The beaches of El Palo and Pedregalejo are not very deep, so they are ideal for children and everyone. There are plenty of bars and restaurants where you can have a drink, eat some fish or a modern restaurant.

Our host Juan was excellent in greeting us and providing us with all necessary information for a perfect stay. This ground level apartment has easy access to the beach and bus to get to Malaga Centro. It was clean, beautifully furnished, quiet, with lovely beds and linens.

We only stayed 2 days and wished we had stayed longer. So much to see and do in Malaga! The property was right on the beach front and looks like it was newly renovated. Very clean and up to date. The rooms were small but had eveything we needed. Couldn't beat the location. Excellent beachside restaurants nearby. We had a car and Juan went out of his way to ensure parking for us. Juan was the perfect host! He responded to our messages right away and spoke excellent English. He had put together a great notebook with information regarding the unit and local activities. All in all, was a great experience. Thank you Juan!
