Неймовірний краєвид і близькість до води,ліфт на третій поверх ,наявність кондиціонерів,необхідної техніки для приготування,чистота приміщення.Легкий і швидкий звʼязок з власником.Власники пішли на зустріч і дозволили лишитися ще в апартаментах:в нас був пізній виліт.Дякую за турботу

Все прекрасно,але побутова техніка має сліди старості.Працєю все,але вигляд техніки не дуже (місцями іржа на холодильнику і пралці)

La struttura è veramente comoda alla spiaggia, al bus per Malaga centro ed ha una vista molto bella. Inoltre gode di un'ottima luminosità. Il Wi-Fi funziona bene. L'host è stato molto gentile, disponibile e ha risolto i problemi del check-in rapidamente. Ci sono tutte le cose utili al soggiorno ma alcune andrebbero aggiornate, perchè già usurate. Stoviglie a parte l'alloggio era pulito. La spiaggia di Pedregalejo è molto bella, mentre Banos del Carmen sembrano un po' loschi.

Il divano letto, non è per nulla comodo. La cucina e la lavastoviglie sono montate male e sia il frigo che la lavastoviglie hanno molti segni di usura e ruggine. Le stoviglie in cucina erano sporche, alcune bicchieri ancora incrostati di cibo così come alcune posate. Padelle da sostituire, si staccano i pezzi neri dal rivestimento antiaderente. La lavatrice funziona bene, peccato che non sia così agevole l'utilizzo e non abbiamo trovato istruzioni che invece c'erano per altri elettrodomestici. Prezzo troppo alto per ciò che offre.

The apartment is at really fantastic location, never had such an easy access to the beach and all the things needed (shops, pharmacy, plenty of wonderful restaurants, really everything). Easy access to Malaga centre by bus, there is a bus stop just in front of the apartment. The apartment itself was also nice, had all we needed.

Regarding to the facilities the sofa in the living room was the only thing which made us a bit unhappy, it was very uncomfortable. But that would be something we could accept and live with and that was in the references too, so we knew that. The apartment is definitely not for 4 people, the sofa is not suitable for sleeping. We had very bad experience with the loud, heavy traffic on the roads during the nights. We did not understand, as during the day it did not seem bad. But all the night we heard very loud traffic constantly, regardless we had the windows closed or opened, it did not make any difference. We practically could not sleep at all during the whole holiday and we even had earplugs. I understand, you do not have affect on the traffic and you cannot change this. But all the references were saying it is a quiet place, so I even did not consider, this would be the case. And therefore I think the description should say some way this thing to let the guests decide if they take this risk or no. I can imagine it might be OK for many people, but there must be a fair information about this, so someone can decide according to actual needs and preferences.

Appartement exactement comme sur les photos, il était propre et avec des articles d'hygiène de base disponibles. Belle vue sur la mer, les hôtes étaient très gentils et répondaient rapidement. J'espère revenir bientôt !
