Great apartment on the beach

Great apartment right on the beach in a nice area. Good location easily accessible from Malaga city center by very frequent buses. Very clean, everything you need in the apartment, good air conditioning, very nice owner, comfortable bed, good wifi. Free parking spaces can be found on the neighborhood streets if you circle around a little bit.

Well worth it.

Great apartment, so close to the beach, perfect for me solo. The lady was so polite and very helpful with the messages. Clean, comfortable and no complaints at all.

The area is really bad

The apartment is located in an area that isn’t very clean, and hardly anyone speaks English. It’s close to the beach, but the beach itself isn’t really nice. There aren’t many good restaurants or cafés around either. Overall, we weren’t very happy with the neighborhood.

fab location

the host messaged to say we could check in early so we went straight there from the airport. very simple journey, 4 stops on the c1 train (€2.80) and then about 20 minutes on the number 8 bus (€1.40). the apartment is spacious for 2, very clean and had everything you'd need for your holiday; decent air con, toilet roll, soap, washing up liquids and cloths, corkscrew, towels, big fridge and freezer etc, oven and hob, a rack to dry your clothes on, wine glasses. reasonably comfy bed . really good location a 2 minute walk from the beach and a very decent amount of bars and restaurants anywhere from a 5-15 minute walk away. restaurant wise, there's everything from Mexican, pizza, burger places, and then loads of tapas and seafood places. we regularly got the number 8 bus back into the old town for a change to wander round and eat there. very regular busses and journeys were 1 euro 40 each way. we'd definitely stay again, great apartment, great host, fab location and malaga is very pretty.

Nice apartment near a lovely beach.

We liked the neighbourhood and the fact that the beach was very close. Although the apartment is a bit further away from the city center, the bus stop is only a few minutes away, so we had no issues with commuting. It took us about 30 minutes to get to the center. There are some cafes nearby and also a grocery store. The apartmant was nice, we appreciated the balcony.

The bed was very soft which was uncomfortable for us. The wifi was not working properly, we were trying to watch a movie but had to use our own mobil internet. Additionally, it would have been nice to have some extra blankets.

Very nice and clean apartments just next the beach 🏖️

We stayed at two apartments. Both were perfect clean, with everything you need. Furniture is new, clima works good. TV, WiFi, kitchen equipment and really comfy beds. Also a lot of wardrobe where you can put your clothes. Just 20 metres from the beach. Also I appreciate good communication. The road is bit noisy only during the weekend, at normal days it is good :) I definitely recommend, for families.

The apartment is beautiful, the location is perfect (1 minutes from the see, bars, restaurants, 5 minutes from supermarket). We really enjoyed the stay there.

The only negative thing in the apartment is the bed. Unfortunately it was unconfortable for us, but for 2 nights, we could survive. (Can be tricky for longer stay...)

Superb

The appartment was super clean, comfortable bed, good size kitchen and own terrace to sit outside. Terrace is facing a inner yard, not a street, so this is big bonus for this appartment. It was comfortable to cook in the kitchen. The hosts were kind and responded quickly. Very close to beach promenade, local cafes, supermarkets, old fisherman houses. Prices for food, tapas and drinks are cheaper than in center. Bus stop is 3 min walk and 15-20 min trip to city center. The district is a simple, residential area, so mostly local people live there. From El Palo bus stop you can easily catch bus to Nerja beaches or caves without going to Malaga center. Very few tourists.

The street can get quite noisy, so might be good to use earplugs if a light sleeper. The noise didn't disturb me much when windows closed and slept well. The beach is very close but it's a bit dirty for my taste. However you can catch sun and enjoy local charm.

very nice apartment and more equipped than I expected. Very easy access to Malaga city center through several bus lines and very close to the beach. A wonderful vacation in a safe and comfortable and of course cheap property

Exceptional

The apartment is well equipped and has everything you would need. Location is just around the corner from the beach and there are several supermarkets nearby. There are several busses that take you to the center in 15-20 min. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended accommodation if you want to have some peace and quiet but be not too far away from everything!

Nice stay. Will stay if I visit again.

The property is located at a central location. Bus takes about 20-30 mins from Marina to the property. It costs Euro 1.40 anywhere you go in the city. The property has a big bedroom and a spacious open plan kitchen with a big sofa. The kitchen had everything you think of - fridge, WM, micro, hob, 4 men complete dinner set along with a folding four person dining set. there was an electric iron along with the ironing stand and airer to dry clothes. there was also washing up liquid, cleaning clothes, mop etc. Both the rooms had full functioning aircon. There was also a laundry basket to throw in used towels.

Since the property is situated on a busy road it's damn too noisy.

October escape for 4 days

Lovely clean apartment, great location for beach and fish restaurants, only thing would say is road behind apartment can get noisy, I'm a light sleeper but didn't bother me with windows closed, may be different in height of summer.

New clean appartment one step from El Palo beach. We had really great stay, suite was quiet. Everything is super close, restaurants, bars, shops, bus to the Malaga center just few minutes by walk.

If there was some shading on the balcony it would be great. We couldnt use it much because of sun and heat.

Málaga was amazing but this place was the only downside

Air conditioning

Too far from nice beaches, restaurants and main attractions meant always having to use the car…Which was another issue because there’s no parking near the house. Plus it is important to highlight it is not on the beach, it is beach adjacent and a bad one at that. If you’re looking for nice spots, you can pay less and stay at the city centre, which is what my friends did. Additionally, there is no service at all.

Host was very kind and has accepted an early check in. Property was clean and well equipped. WI-FI connection was stable - I used it to work for 2 days.

I stayed on the property facing the street and not the beach. It is difficult to rest during the day because of the noises from the traffic.

Beach holiday

The location was perfect. It's a one minute walk from the beach and close to language schools and supermarkets as well. For one or two people the apartment has the perfect size. It was super clean and the host was very nice and could always be reached. Air condition worked very well. And kitchen is very good equipped. Soap was provided. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect place, all you need for a short stay at the beach in a lovely fishermans village

Fantastic apartment at a quiet street, only one street from the beach. From the front door you can see the beach. Nice terras to sit privately, next to the front door. Great shower, large living room for 2 persons, kitchen has enough space, very big refrigorator. We like the minimalistic white decorating, that looks very fresh and clean. Many restaurants and cafe's in walking distance at the boulevard. There is no sun in the bedrooms so they are very cool in the summer. You can go to the city center of Malaga by bus (nr 3, 8 or 11) for only 1,40 euro cash per person. The bus station is only 5 minutes away at Calle Almeria (N-340).

You hear a little bit of traffic near the bedrooms, but you get used to it after a day.

i really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. The apartment is situated in El Palo a residential area on the east side of the city. A lively neighborhood (without tourists). My apartment was on the ground floor and the space is divided in two rooms: living area and bedroom, small but perfect for one or two people. it is very close to the beach and boulevard. You can take the bus to the city center, with line 3,8 and 11 you will be in the city center within 30 minutes. Or stay in El Palo and walk along the boulevard which is filled with bars and restaurants where the locals hang out. The facilities are good, kitchen with all the equipment you need, a comfortable bathroom, enough towels and there is a washing machine. The interior is basic and practical, both rooms have are airconditioned and I slept very well. My apartment was on the ground floor and next to a road. I didn’t have a problem with that at all, and when you close the windows during the evening you won’t hear any noise.

I stayed for 11 days and I would have liked to have a vacuum cleaner, there is a broom tho, but a vacuum cleaner works better

Close to an attractive beach

Clean, fresh interior. Comfortable bed. Fully-equipped kitchen. El Palo beach less than one minute away. Small terrace at the front.

Dozens, perhaps hundreds of small fisherman houses, standing close together, make up the 50 meter stretch between busy Av. Allende and the quiet beach road (C. Banda del Mar). In between these two lies the quiet C. Pedraza Paez, more an alley, because too narrow for cars. The bathroom and the bedrooms of Angelica's groundfloor apartment are on the Av. Allende side. Double-glazed windows keep out most of the traffic noise but not all.
