About this house rental
Our Beach Haven Luxury Home is an outstanding home on over an acre of landscaped yard with 180 feet of private sandy swimming beach on Lake Michigan and a huge backyard - made for enjoyment. The home has over 4500 square feet & features beautiful views of the lake & sunsets from every room. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway or launching pad for summer adventure, this is the perfect home. A grand entryway rising 27 feet leads to a large family room and a dramatic living room, plus a modern gourmet kitchen with all stainless appliances. Each of the six bedrooms has its own private bath. Two of the bedrooms have their own private jacuzzi tubs along with a patio that leads to the hot tub or lake. This home has an outdoor heated pool, a 7-8 person hot tub, a wood built-in fireplace & an outdoor gas grill piped into the house. Other features include a pool table, 8 large screen LED HD TV's, high speed internet , Wii Game System, lots of DVD's, board games, 2 refrigerator/freezers, beach chairs & towels, upper/lower decks with patio furniture, & air conditioning. Sleeps up to 16. Heat charge for the pool is optional and only applies to summer rentals.
Amenities: Optional Heated pool (June-Sept), hot tub, 2 indoor jacuzzi tubs, private sandy swimming beach, outdoor shower, fireplace, double oven, cook top, French door bottom mount refrigerator, 55 inch LED HD TV with a Wii. All bedrooms have 44' LED HD TVs and DVD player , pool table, high speed wireless internet access. towels and linens provided, outdoor gas grill, patio furniture, new washer/dryer, new appliances.

Room 1: King bed
Room 2: Queen bed + twin bunk bed
Room 3: 2 twin bunk beds
Room 4: King bed
Room 5: Queen bed

Activities: Relax and enjoy the beach & spectacular sunsets, or drive approx. ten miles to either South Haven or St Joseph for shopping, fine dining, theaters, water park, wineries, dune rides, kids museum & zoo, maritime museum, boating, jet skiing... Michigan's number one rated golf course is a short 5 min. drive.
Unfortunately, we do not allow weddings.

Once again, this was perfect for our family get together. All rooms were great; better yet, the large kitchen, ample room, and great amenities. Watching sunset on the bluff is a spectaular end to any day! Thank you, Mike!

We loved the home and property. Great host/communication and clean throughout. Spacious, light-filled kitchen with anything you might need for cooking and serving large meals. The large dining/living area was a great for conversations. Bedrooms were quiet and dark at night. Comfortable beds. Wonderful sunsets over the lake on Adirondack chairs at edge of tall bluff next to stairs to beach. As other reviewers stated, the photos don't do justice to how spacious and great for a large group this place is.

We spent a glorious week with our family of 12 adults & 1 2 yr old. We had not seen each other for 2 years. We had a delightful time. Each couple had their own bedroom & bath. The pool & hot tub were a major hit. The lake & sandy beach made it all perfect. Thank you!

From the second you pull up and look through the front door you will realize how special the stay is going to be. We enjoyed a golf trip in the area and spent time in the hot tub, swimming in the lake, and making fires at night. It was a perfect place for our group and we hope to stay again next year.
