Spacious 2,100 sq ft 4-bedroom condo near Lake Michigan, perfect for families and groups. Enjoy private beach access, a heated pool (now open), and a golf cart for easy trips to the lake.

Parking & Property Guidelines
For your convenience, the condo rental includes a designated parking spot directly across from the entry stairs, with additional unassigned parking available in the front and on the south side of the building. Please note that the property does not allow parking of personal watercraft, motorized sport vehicles, campers, or trailers.
Comfort & Amenities
Our condo is stocked with all the essentials to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Amenities include:
- High-speed internet, heating, and air conditioning for year-round comfort.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker.
- Two large-screen TVs with Xfinity FLEX, allowing you to log into your streaming channels (note: no cable service).
- A cozy dining nook and comfortable seating areas perfect for gathering and relaxing.
Safety & Quiet Hours
Your safety is very important to us. We’ve equipped the condo with smoke/carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers. A fenced community pool, available to guests, is typically open from late June to early September (weather and maintenance permitting). Please be mindful that sound travels between units. As in a hotel, we ask guests to be considerate of neighboring occupants. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 8:30 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests in the building.
Rules & Considerations
This is our second home, and we kindly ask that guests respect our family’s allergy needs. **Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited** in the condo. We ask that guests be at least 25 years old and adhere to our guidelines to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
Outdoor Amenities & Pool Access
The property includes a community swimming pool in the backyard area. The pool is usually heated and open from late June through early September, depending on weather and maintenance schedules. Please note that pool availability is beyond our control, so we cannot provide refunds or discounts if the pool is unavailable during your stay.
#Package Deliveries
If you need to have a package delivered during your stay, please select the “Leave at Unit Door” option whenever available. If that option is not available, we recommend using a nearby Amazon Locker, UPS Store, FedEx pickup location, or other package pickup service.
Please note that our HOA restricts access to the building’s secured mailroom to owners only, so guests cannot retrieve packages delivered there. If a package is accidentally delivered to the mailroom, retrieval will require a special trip by our local cleaner/property manager and is subject to a $30 service fee.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our place was amazing. We had a few problems with the steps as two of the five of us have mobility issues. The pool is wonderful and the golf cart is a must-have!

This is a lovely 4 bedroom condo, very nicely decorated, in a great setting. There is a golf cart available, and every day we would spend hours on the beautiful beach. And for those who didn’t want to go to the beach, there is a very nice pool right outside the condo.

We are 4 ladies who have been friends since college, and we’re looking for a weekend getaway. This house was very spacious and we enjoyed taking the golf cart down the frighteningly steep path to the beach. Had great Italian food nearby, visited South Haven and St Joseph’s, watched the Packers on TV. Small improvements would be better lighting in bedrooms and mirrors in all.
