QUIET HOURS & NEIGHBORS
This is a condominium community, and sound can travel between units. Similar to a hotel or other shared building, we ask guests to be considerate of neighboring occupants.
Quiet hours are 11 PM–8:30 AM.
HOUSE RULES
This is our family’s second home. Because of severe family allergies, pets and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the condo.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Guests are expected to follow community and property guidelines throughout their stay.
PACKAGE DELIVERIES
If you need a package delivered during your stay, please select “Leave at Unit Door” whenever possible. If door delivery is unavailable, we recommend using a nearby Amazon Locker, UPS Store, FedEx pickup location or another package pickup service.
Our HOA restricts access to the building’s secured mailroom to owners. Guests cannot retrieve packages delivered there. If a package is accidentally delivered to the mailroom, retrieval requires a special trip by our local cleaner/property manager and is subject to a $30 service fee.

The condo had everything we needed. Sameena had attention to details and it was decorated very nicely too. The pool right off the back door was a big hit and it was very clean. Nice views from the house. The private beach was lovely but yes very steep incline as was mentioned. The golf course was a must. Since it was a property shared by others you could hear the neighbors somewhat and wish there would have been an outdoor space. Perhaps convert the tiny table on the porch to two chairs and a table. Thank you Sameena for always contacting us in a timely and smooth fashion. We would visit again!!!
