Access from the train, friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, location to Meoto Iwa, spacious room, lovely futon, nice onsen!
No complaints! It would be good if the cafe opened earlier, but not a big issue.

The location was great . The security for my bike was good as was the onsen.

Extremely courteous staff, helpful. Place is very conveniently located from the train station.
Futons and pillows were highly unconfortable. There was seem to be difference between rooms rentable on Booking.com and other people staying there
