All the staff are friendly and very helpful. The food is delicious! Very good value for money. Rina and Cheska are very friendly, speaks English very well, and make us feel at home.

2年連続でこちらのホテルを利用させてもらっています。大人7人での宿泊大部屋があるのど料金がリーズナブルなのに食事が充実しているところ。朝のバイキングの種類が豊富。今回のプランは夕食が懐石になっていて五感で楽しめて大満足でした！！スタッフも明るくテキパキと動かれていて好印象！また来年もお世話になります。
夕食後の21時から食べられるラーメンが3種類のうち1つが月毎になっていて、連泊の場合は同じ味になってしまうので、2種類あると嬉しいです。

母のお誕生日に利用しました。到着時にプレゼントを頂きました。夕食は会席料理を頂きました。鳥羽の贅沢な食材を美しく盛り付けられ、ライブ感もあり美味しく楽しい時間を過ごす事ができました。スタッフ皆さまの温かい対応に癒されました。お部屋もお風呂も広く綺麗でした。伊勢神宮や志摩半島へのアクセスも良い立地でした。快適な滞在になりました。
会席料理を頂いたお部屋から見えたお庭の雑草が育ちすぎていたので、草むしりをしたい衝動に駆られました。
