◯とにかくスタッフさんが親切
到着時の車の誘導から始まって荷物運び、
館内の移動が不便で迷っているとすぐに声をかけてくれる
レストランや清掃のスタッフの対応も良かった
◯夕朝ともにビュッフェをいただきましたがとても美味しかった
他ホテルではステーキとは名ばかりの固いお肉を出されることもあるがこちらのお肉は柔らかかった
お刺身が厚く切られていて新鮮なのか味がクリーミー
伊勢海老のスープが濃厚
朝のおにぎりが小さくてちょうど良い
凝った料理はないけれど、ホントにどれも美味しかった
アイスクリームやフレンチトーストがきれたとき、声をかけたらすぐに新しいものを出してくれた
◯到着時にびっくりするくらい外観が古い
ホテル選びを失敗したかと思った 清掃はしっかりされていたし、部屋はリノベーションされているようで気持ちよく過ごせたけれど全体的に古いし壁のシミなどは気になった

南館に泊まったので移動に困った 先客が2名おられ、ちょうど入れ替わりのタイミングだったので私は困らなかったが、洗い場が3つ、洗面台が2つしかなく脱衣籠はたくさんあるのに混雑すると取り合いになるだろうと思った
実際洗い場では後から来たご家族に後ろに立たれ落ち着かなかった
