Excellent service and spacious room. The Onsen is really great and the food is high quality. Once the shuttle bus from the hotel pick you up, you basically have to stay at the property for the hot spring and food.

Renovation junior suite is excellent choice for family of 4. Breakfast and dinner buffets are quite good. Will be better if there are free flow of drinks for guests.

The staff were very nice. They helped us with making reservation for the ferry ride from Tsu to airport. Would like to come back again!
