The Get Away

The host Peter was very welcoming allowing us to check in early. The get away is the perfect get away, very clean and tidy with all the facilities you'll ever need and then some. Peter supplied us with bread, milk, tea, coffee, fruit, and cereal.

Nothing to dislike.

When we arrived Peter was there to greet us and give us a guide on the property and also very helpful local tips. The property was so unique and a home from home. Many aspects stood out like the antique arcade games, the old style sweet shops dispensing jars and the fish pond in the back yard, but what was really special was the extra refreshments in the kitchen to help make the stay even more homely. The property was in an ideal location and was perfect for our short stay. The hosts go beyond the expectations for their guests and this makes the Get Away stand out from other holiday properties.

Great location. Great set up.

Really great location- quiet and down the road from the beach and tidal pool! Lovely selection of items for breakfast and handy bits and bobs available too. The rooms were nice and dark with fans so we had a great nights sleep even with the heat.
