Close to town, good walking distance
Could hear in the next room when they were talking and listening to tele so not very good sound proofing.

Very cosy room- comfortable bed and hot shower.

Beautiful breakfast and staff were very friendly and accomodating.
Nothing. We had a great stay on Orkney and Sanderlay was. Perfect location to base ourselves.

Was a good 15 minute walk from the main area. I enjoyed the walk but no shops nearby. Breakfast was lovely although they ran out of brown sauce but did get some for the following day.
I did not like the stingy duvet for the single bed, and I hated the fact I had booked a private bathroom and I had to leave my room and go next doors to a bathroom you could only lock from the inside.
