the room was a good size, clean and well equipped. Staff were kind and available to answer any questions. location perfect to get into the town as well as down to the lake by foot.
the shower in one room did not drain and cleaning staff did not fill soap dispenser. In the other room, when taking a shower, the door is not sealed and so the floor was completely wet. that is dangerous.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to all the restaurants and attractions in the old town. The host, Gian Carlo, was extremely helpful—he gave us tips about unique spots and made us feel like old friends.

The bed was very comfortable! And we liked the room decor, and the tea available for us. The breakfast option was also very generous! I thought that because it is a small place, it would only have a few options, but it actually surprised us by having plenty to choose from :)
The only thing that could get improved is the shower! The shower does not have a door, so water spills on the floor whenever you take a shower (which creates a little mess).
