Great value for money :)

The bed was very comfortable! And we liked the room decor, and the tea available for us. The breakfast option was also very generous! I thought that because it is a small place, it would only have a few options, but it actually surprised us by having plenty to choose from :)

The only thing that could get improved is the shower! The shower does not have a door, so water spills on the floor whenever you take a shower (which creates a little mess).

The breakfast is absolutely outstandsing! A great variety, prepared with so much love. The staff is super friendly. The location is a quick walk into town.

A stunnning place to enjoy your visit in Bolsena

This has been one of our best hotel experiences ever. Starting with the super friendly host family, who have been so accommodating from the first minute, all the way to the very clean facilities, beautiful interior design, and extensive/tasty breakfast (definitely above the standard). The breakfast room itself was stunning, it was great to start our day there every morning. Upon arriving we immediately felt welcome and cared for, and we loved the character this hotel has. It used to be an old mill, and the host family redesigned it some years ago into this beautiful mix of tradition and comfort, with attention to detail. The bed in the room was also very comfortable and the room was really comfortable and spotless. The hotel’s location was also perfect, basically right in the center and 10 minutes walking to the lake. We will definitely come here again and of course, we can only recommend this lovely and heartful hotel to anyone that is planning to visit Bolsena.

Magnificent!

Very friendly hosts with a free upgrade. Fantastic room, very clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was brilliant and host very informative. They also arranged for taxi to take one of us to next town. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect place to explore Bolsena from - characterful & comfortable

Excellent location with super friendly and accommodating staff. Dietary requirements were catered for very well at breakfast with vegan food provided in addition to the wide selection already available. Excellent amenities in room; powerful air con & great shower. Off street parking was a bonus in this small town. This place was perfect for our stay.

Very quiet at night. A bit of a walk up to the old town but right on the Via Francigena so good for hikers.

Very picturesque hotel, located in a beautiful area

The old building is very well refurbished, decorated, and picturesque. The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of different options, served in a very beautiful room. The staff was very helpful. We arrived there late at night, travelling by car through a very heavy storm, and the owners were waiting for us and guide us until we safely arrived, and park inside the hotel's parking.

The room is relatively small, and there is not a wardrobe, just a big holder for the hangers (maybe it is not easy to fit one on this very old building). It was not a problem for us (we stayed there for just for one night), but I am not sure what we could do if we have much more luggages.

a lovely hotel! we wish we had more than one night there

this hotel is the cutest we stayed for our 3 weeks honeymoon trip in Toscana/ Umbria. unfortunately we had a flowed in the shower on the first evening, however, our host were more than helpful and reactive. the rooms have been recently renovated with a charming taste. the family who runs the business is absolutely delightful and full of good advices.

A pleasent surprise to discover Bolsena and its vibrant histrorical past and also a huge and beautiful lake.

We liked the breakfast and the fact that the building was a beautiful restoration of an old one - I think it even had an Etruscan inscription in a wall. I was close to the old town and to the lake, but without view to the lake (at least our rooms did not have this).

The room and especially bathroom was rather small and it had a strange door-like window.

Perfect in every way!

We loved EVERYTHING about this place! From the friendly greeting (and meeting the owners) to the room, location, and incredible breakfast it was awesome. The ancient building that they have restored is beautiful and so well-done. This is a place to stay for more than one night…and the town is adorable!

There isn’t anything that we did not love about this B & B.
