Quiet area, next to the park, with a slight sea view over the treetops

The apartment needs general improvements and refreshing, as it feels like a place that has not been properly maintained for quite some time. The most unpleasant aspect was the mattresses, which were clearly worn out and sunken, making sleep very uncomfortable, as well as the persistent bad smell in the bathroom that could not be masked by the fragrance diffuser. Everything needs refreshing: worn and partially torn bed linen, old towels, a cigarette-burned and worn sofa, broken blinds, overly soft pillows, chipped and mismatched mugs, heavily used pans without lids, and a complete lack of oil, vinegar, shampoo, or shower gel. The remote controls for the TV and air conditioning (the only source of heating at 5–13°C) had dead batteries. On the other hand, the wine displayed on the shelf was for sale. With minimal effort, the apartment could become very welcoming.

Spülmaschine wäre klasse!

Paras mahdollinen sijainti, parin minuutin kävelymatkan päästä rannalta. Rantabulevardilla paljon ravintoloita ja kahviloita. Ihana puisto ja lasten huvipisto vieressä. Majoittaja mukava ja avulias. Asunto on mukavan kodikas, olohuoneen sohva on iso ja siinä on mukava nukkua. Kiva parveke, jossa joimme aamukahvit.

The location is convenient

The condo is nice but very austerely furnished. Everything was fine, however, in my opinion, small details are missing. The apartment needs already new paint. There are no bedside tables in the bedroom no lamps. The bathroom was smelly, the general cleanliness of the appartment should improve. The owner could provide guests with some free coffee, tea bags and water mainly in cases the guests arrive late and do not have the opportunity to buy drinks. Check in and check out went with no problems, unfortunatelly in a very impersonal style through messaging with no proper introduction . In general I have been in appartments with better service in the same price range.
