Måtte vente veldig lenge på mat ved restauranten (over 1 time). Ellers smakte maten bra. Det var litt hår på rommet fra andre personer, men ble vasket

Apartment was good size, decent pool view. A/C. Bedroom was ok. Was entertaining to see the little kid on the swing with 100cm long hair flying everywhere and playing with the dog around the pool.
Uphill walk back to hotel. Shower/tub leaked all over floor then later the hose had a large leak making it difficult to use. Some days no toiletries were provided. Wi-fi was unreliable. Balcony corner tile was broken. German guests made excessive noise. Upon checkout i struggled to book a taxi online to airport and the receptionist man said you can go outside and hail a taxi from the street! Rather callous i think and not how i myself would treat guests, especially when they are foreigners. Grocery shop next door to it has the rudest female staff in the whole of Bulgaria.
