Excellent location - right by the sea garden. Beach, restaurants, bars walking distance, as well as the city center. One of the bedrooms is on the second level and makes it even more cozy. Equipped with anything you might need for a longer stay, too.

It was modern, has a lot of space, has everything you need and it’s close to the centre
The stairs for the second floor were too steep

You have to keep in mind is that it can get very chilly at night.
