Локацията, високия етаж, гледката и звукоизолираните стени и прозорци
Мръсната тоалетна, която беше неизмита и със петна от урина. Използвана кафе машина с неизхвърлено кафе. Пода беше мръсен. Част от завивките и възгланиците бяха с петна по тях. Също доста косми от предишни посетители имаше навсякъде.

Гледката е много красива. Локацията е много удобна има градски транспорт в непосредствена близост. Супермаркет има в приземния етаж на блока. Паркинг се намира в близост до мястото, което също е удобно.
Липсваха ни допълнителни спални комплекти за смяна, но успяхме да изперем и изсушим същите. Няма достатъчно чаши. Уцелихме момент на ремонт на водопровода във Варна и три от десет дни нямаше вода от към 8-9 до 15-16 ч. Също комшии правеха ремонт на долния етаж и имаше шум от време на време.

Наверное одна из лучших локаций в Варне. Как принято говорить апартаменты с видом из окна на 1 млн долл . Современные апартаменты и сам дом. Легкий check in . Отзывчивый персонал . В шаговой доступности sea garden (10-15 минут).
Возможно ошибусь , но можно установить новее телевизор в спальне. Не корректно работает WiFi и YouTube . Приходится каждый раз при включении подключать WiFi. В зале есть комод «отремонтированный» скотчем. Немного портит эстетику всего интерьера, но со времени привыкаешь и к этому.
