Výborná lokalita, dostupnost pláže, využití terasy (nove zastíněné), 3 prostorné pokoje, velmi dobře vybavena kuchyně, parkovaní za plotem, ochota majitelů, obchod (-menší 1min chůze -větší 5min autem), blízko centra, pekárna 2min. Blízko do centra Zadaru
Podle osazenstva při plném obsazení jen jedna koupelna. Menší místo na parkovaní.

Krásné ubytování, čisto, pláž i restaurace kousek. Obchůdek 5 minut chůze. Paní majitelka vždy k dispozici a je moc hodná. Zatím nejlepší ubytování v Chorvatsku. Ubytování není na kopci takže velké +
- chybí klimatizace i v pokojích, bylo extrémní horko
