The price-to-quality ratio is not adequate.

The balcony with an almost perfect view of the town and the sea. It was also wonderful that there were no restrictions on swimming in the pool. So, if you haven’t tried swimming under the moonlight yet – go for it, the pool is open anytime. The owner is a very kind elderly man, surprisingly good with technology – he uses the translator app on his phone perfectly.

What I really didn’t like was the surroundings of the apartments – vegetable gardens, an unpaved access road, an untidy area behind the house, and on arrival you are greeted by some kind of storage shed with construction supports. The apartments are located near the industrial part of Zadar. There are factories and shops, and the airport is very close. The entrance to the apartments, including the staircase, was constantly filled with cigarette smoke. Another big downside was that the air conditioning was only in one room – at night the bedroom was very hot. Of course, we opened the windows, but then we got bitten by mosquitoes. On the positive side, the sound of the church bells didn’t bother me at all – I actually felt it added to the local authenticity.

Lovely stay.

The balcony was huge and beautiful. Host was friendly and breakfast was also great. The pool was great and was a great spot for sunbathing.

The bed was quite uncomfortable and made a lot of noise when moving around. The apartment itself is quite old even though it looks modern in pictures.

The window in the first bedroom wouldn’t close all the way so the wind kept slamming it open and shut. That made it hard to sleep.

Countryside charm

The owners are very nice and welcoming. The pool was a lifesaver with young boys. The location is great.

Even though the apartment says non smoking, the owners do smoke. The bed, pillows smelt like smoke.

Amazing stay.

The family that owned the property were very welcoming and very kind they brought us up lovely apple tart on one of the days. The whole apartment was beautiful with lovely views and big balcony. Great stay. The pool was lovely also.

Udany urlop.

Apartament świetnie wyposażony. Duzy taras. Basen. W piwnicy pralka. Cicha okolica ale wszędzie blisko. I do tego niezwykle sympatyczny właściciel, który poczęstował nas fritulami i oliwą. To jak dotąd najlepsza kwatera w Chorwacji, w której gościliśmy.

Dušširuum natuke must, kohati natuke ajale jalgu jäänud - krigisevad uksed ja voodid aga muidu kõik hästi.

Różnica pokoleń.

Basen starszy Pan codziennie sprzątał czystość i stan wody bardzo dobra.

Podejście właścicielki do rozwiązywania problemów i jej pazerność. Naszego syna pogryzły komary z naszej winy otworzyliśmy okno. Pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z takimi śladami po komarach sądziliśmy że to pluskwy. Starszy Pan zaproponował nam nocleg u siebie ale młodsza właścicielka ( nie miła) kazała płacic za dwa dni i uciekać. My z dwójką dzieci o 18 pozbawieni noclegu.... Na szczęście starszy Pan jakoś udobruchał córkę i zostaliśmy jak się okazało były to komary. Ale podejście właścicielki do rozwiązania problemu tragedia. Sam obiekt ok czysty basen klima sprawna. Podstawowe wyposażenie kuchni.

Cudowny apartament z wyjściem bezposrednim na ogródek i basen. Przecudowni właściciele którzy byli uprzejmi i bardzo gościnni obdarowując nas smakolykami . Blisko do plaży, sklepów, lodziarni i restauracji Roco. Wrócimy 😁

Solides Apartment mit schönem Ausblick

Die Küche war modern und sauber und mit einem großen Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Der Balkon und der Pool waren ebenfalls sehr ansprechend. Der Hausbesitzer war sehr freundlich, trotz Verständigungsproblemen. Der Ausblick auf das Meer war schön.

Vor allem im Flur roch es leider oft nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch, was uns als Nichtraucher nicht so gut gefallen hat. Mit ständigem Durchlüften war es aber ok. Das Bett war zwar groß, knarzte bei jeder noch so kleinen Bewegung aber sehr laut. In der Küche fehlte es etwas an Grundausstattung, wie z.B. einer Schere oder Salz. Das Haus an sich wirkte etwas in die Jahre gekommen, solide und einfach gehalten, aber etwas hellhörig.

Krásné, čisté , klidné prostředí s parkováním hned u domu Milý, komunikativní a ochotný majitel :) A nesmíme zapomenout na skvělého psa jménem Blue , který si hrál s naším pejskem
