The location is great, owner is always there in order to help, the room has space and well equipped. The sea and the restaurants are walking distance of 5 minutes and 15 minutes by car for Milies.
There was a smell from the bathroom, the problem said the owner was temporary.

Thank you to our hosts Yannis and Panos for the care and hospitality. The studio is very clean and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Just 1 minute from the beach, taverns, and supermarkets. Highly recommended!

We only stayed one night as part of a road trip. We chose this because of the price and location. The owners were really responsive and helpful before our arrival and helped us book a taxi to go to take the Pelion train in the morning. I had misread the description and assumed that Appartment meant that there was a separate room to sleep in but in fact this was a studio with four beds in the kitchen. The beds were confortable and the area is quiet. There were mosquito nets in the windows and the basics in the kitchen. parking next to the property was easy to find. It was exactly what we needed for a one night stay.
This is not a property I would stay for longer than a couple of nights as it is a studio and there was no space to really spend time or a table to have a family meal.
The shower and toilet had both a leak issue and I informed the owner so he could get a plumber to fix these.
