Quiet location, terrasse in the garden and view to the sea. There are insect nets in the windows - very usefull. AC available but not needed since the house has thick walls and front windows blinds (our apartment was in the ground floor though).
Furniture with some broken parts, only basic equipment in the kitchen corner which is really tiny. It is not meant to cook any (difficult) dishes - for us not a big deal, since for this you are not coming to Greece :-) Just enough for quick breakfast and salat for dinner.

The view over the sea, the house itself. The outside shower. The silence. The wild animals that are coming at your door. My best holiday location so far in Greece!
If happen that you get noisy neighbours on the upper floor, then it can be a bit unpleasent, as you hear everything what happens up there.
