Не добре укрепен корниз в спалнята.

Läget perfekt, nära stranden och byn Afyssos. Bra parkering utanför. Dubbelsängen var mycket bekväm.

Inget internet alls och dålig täckning för mobilsamtal. Badrummet kunde varit renare, inte helt tillfredställande städat. Det var tydligt att detta var någon annans hem, vilket kändes lite obekvämt.

Perfect size and location of the apartment! We were 4 adults and a toddler and we had the space we needed. The beach is super close and it's nice and good for kids. It was clean and the furniture were ok. Not super old like in many summer rental apartments in Greece . The bathroom was renovated 🙂 One of the best characteristics of the apartment is the cool breeze in the balcony, especially in the evenings! We did not use the air conditioners at all.

We did not like the fact that half the amount had to be paid in cash and we did not get any receipt for that. I understand this is a common practise and it would not prevent me from going back, but still, if in the future, we find another property with similar characteristics, whose owners pay their taxes, we will prefer it. There were facilities in the apartment that we were not allowed to use (dishwasher for example). It was a bit noisy. There is a beach bar very close by and you can hear the music until late (not at a level that would prevent us from sleeping though) You need to drive to Kala Nera for a pharmacy, to Afissos for a grocery store and back to Volos for an ATM (of you had the audacity to think you could pay with your card).
