The Host: Could not ask for more kind, considerate, and friendly hosts. Had to teach a summer class on Zoom but the WiFi had a slow upload speed. Kostas purchased and installed a new WiFi to accommodate me within 24 hours. The WiFi was fine for casual use and he did not have to upgrade. Who else would have paid to replace the WiFi to accommodate a special guest need? The Apartment: Clean, comfortable, well located. We received a welcome gift with jam, 2 small bottles of home made liquor, and local herbs. The Village: Lively with many dinning and entertainment choices. Good beaches and umbrellas are free with purchase.

A quiet, pleasant guest apartment with 2 bedrooms and a common living area. The owners of the place live on the floor above and are kind, attentive and supportive. The woman speaks good English. The settlement (Kala Nera) is excellently located for trips in Pelion. The apartment is right next to the beach and the esplanade of the settlement, which has many taverns and restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and well-maintained. Parking spaces are easily available on the street adjacent to the building.

Two minor comments that almost did not detract from the experience but should be taken into account: 1. Only one room with toilet and shower is well suited for one couple, maybe with children, but less so for two couples of friends as we were. 2. The bedrooms are a bit small and cramped, in our opinion.

Nice to feel close to the community. Near the waterfront and lovely little town. Nice welcome liqueur and home made jam to welcome us

Spacious apartment with 2 separated bedrooms and large kitchen and living room with all amenities. Very clean and comfy. High quality of mattresses and linings. Friendly staff always there to help. Location is central and close to the beach and all the cafés and shops.

We didn't have any problem as it was end of October, but it could be noisy as it is located at a crossing with windows next to the roads.
