I was a little disappointed when we first turned up to the house, driving past a small industrial estate at the end of the road. On arrival, the garden needed some tidying up and a bit of care, didn't look as nice as in the photos. Air con in the house is only in the upstairs bedrooms, which are more like dormitories, and only suitable for the kids.Having said that, once we had settled in, we found that the house was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, loads of pots, pans and gadgets so cooking for 8 was easy. The bathrooms were very modern and good showers. In the grounds, the pool was a good size, and the table football, petanque pitch and ping pong table got a lot of use. (no noise from the businesses up the road at all!). A large covered dining table on the patio was ideal.The village doesn't have much, but has all you need. A Tabac, a good restaurant, small supermarket, and a great Boulangerie.The house is ideally located to travel to lots of lovely nearby towns,lakes,beaches with everything on offer. A choice of large supermarkets within a 15min drive.A car is essential if you are staying here.

Voilà qu'en ce début PRINTEMPS il est grand temps de penser aux prochaines vacances. Aussi, je repense à cette charmante villa découverte l'an dernier. Cet endroit calme et sécurisant avec nos enfants nous a permis de passer d'agréables vacances entre terre, océan et lac. Quel repos y avons nous trouvé, quelles ressources y avons nous puisé au milieu de cet écrin de verdure où les propriétaires sont disponibles et à notre écoute. bonnes vacances.
