About this villa rental
It is the story of a family who lives in this corner of paradise then the children have grown up and it is therefore your turn to discover it. Space, calm with proximity to tourist, sporting, cultural and gastronomic activities. Its heated 12-meter swimming pool on a 1000-meter fenced plot and deckchairs invite you to relax. The 3 living rooms 90m2, Living room with 4 4 seater sofas, 4 poufs, TV, Billiard room / Bar and kitchen / dining room overlook the terrace / swimming pool (4.4m bay window). 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, 5 bedrooms upstairs (one of which is 21 m2, with 6 beds, TV, private bathroom, double indoor / outdoor access by stairs). 6/7 closed parking spaces .
You are: 900 meters from the supervised beach, very easy on foot or free parking under the pines, 10 minutes from Biarritz, 10 minutes from Hossegor / Capbreton and its world surfing championship, 5 minutes from Bayonne and its festivals: last weekend of July, 25 minutes from Saint Jean de Luz, 30 minutes from Spain, 35 minutes from Espelette.
5 minutes walk from the commercial district: bank, bakery, post office, pizzeria, newsagent, bus to Bayonne and Biarritz airport.
Less than 10 minutes away from the activities of: Biarritz, Musée de la mer. Labenne, Zoo 200 animals, Water park with 16 water slides, buoy river, Dune and spa water, thalasso pool, Tree climbing 13 courses / 130 games. Tarnos, Planet park indoor children / adults virtual world, Lessons and surf rentals. Ondres, Mini golf, Bike rental / circuits on cycle paths, Surfs, Paddles.
The tourist tax is automatically calculated on 18 adults, please note in your reservation a number of children (-18 years old, not subject to this tax) which will automatically reduce the price of the tax. Travelers and additional animals, in agreement with us, will not be charged extra. In case of cancellation less than 60 days before arrival, only the 25% deposit will be non-refundable. As an owner I expect from my travelers a deposit in the amount of 3000 € that I would return to the inventory.

This was truly an outstanding vacation for us. We had a large group with diverse ages and different needs. The house was fantastically well set up for indoor and outdoor activities, the kitchen was as well equipped as I’ve ever seen a kitchen for a large group. The pool was used a lot, the walk to the beach and closeness to other nice areas was as advertised.
Giselle did a phenomenal job letting us know highlights of the area. We also took advantage of the bike rentals.
As this was an international family reunion, we really appreciated the community kitchen, and ability to gather in a big room while at the same time having lots of bedrooms and toilets, so people could retreat. It was wheelchair accessibility, which made it lovely for one of our family members.
We would absolutely come back.

The property was beautiful and so much netter than the pictures.
The children loved the pool.
The locals were so friendly and accommodating with the limited french we spoke.
I would most definitely recommend a stay at villa la plage

Gisele was great at communication and very accommodating. A lovely lady. The distance to the beach was slightly longer than we thought but still walkable. Local supermarket, restaurants and a bar which we used a lot. Maybe useful to know that a lot of reduced bus and taxi services, fully booked restaurants due to the fete when we visited though. The service and food at the local italian was superb. Overall a nice stay.
