Large air-conditioned 200 m² villa with heatable pool in Biscarrosse Plage, a 10-minute walk from the beaches. 7 bedrooms, 6 double beds and 6 single beds, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Dining room for 18 and outdoor tables for 20. Enclosed, tree-lined 1,000 m² garden and 2 exotic wood decks. Everything is within walking or cycling distance: shops, restaurants, bars, market, surfing, bike paths and lakes. Dune du Pilat and Arcachon Bay 20 min away, Bordeaux 1 hr.

- Fully equipped kitchen: large fridge-freezer, 2 dishwashers, oven, induction hob, microwave, 3 coffee makers (including Nespresso), toaster, kettle, raclette grill, stock pots, rice cooker, Dutch oven, and everything you need to cook comfortably, just like at home
- 3 bedrooms with 160x200 beds (one with a desk), all with ample storage: drawers, wardrobe, and hanging space
- 1 bathroom with bathtub + 1 separate toilet
First floor (sleeps 12 + 2 baby beds)
- Air-conditioned shared sleeping area with 2 bunk beds + 2 pull-out beds (6 beds total), TV, shutters, blackout curtains, large walk-in closet
- 3 bedrooms with 160x200 beds (one with a desk, one air-conditioned), all with ample storage: drawers, wardrobe, and hanging space
- 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 Italian-style shower + toilet, 1 separate toilet
- Laundry area with 9 kg washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron

Bed linen and towels included in July–August and for stays of 7 nights or more; otherwise, available for €275 per stay. Beds made in July–August; during the rest of the year, bed linen is left on the beds.
Bedding:
6 mattresses: 160 × 200 cm / duvets: 220×240cm.
6 mattresses: 90 × 200 cm / duvets: 140×200 cm.
30 pillows: 65 × 65 cm (2 per person in double beds, 1 per single bed).
Peace & Security:
- Quiet residential neighborhood : no loud parties allowed.
- Fully enclosed property
- 3 outdoor recording cameras, located at the entrances and at the rear of the property.
Please note:
Pets welcome. Pet hair and droppings must be removed before departure.
The following amenities are not available to guests: fireplace, tumble dryer, piano.
Pool:
- Open from April to October
- Heated pool (approx. 26°C weather permitting) available on request
Flat rate of €120 for a 2-night stay, including 3 days of pre-heating before arrival.
Then €20 per additional night (e.g. 3 nights = €140).
Terms & Conditions:
- A seasonal rental agreement will be sent by email with standard terms and conditions.

- Holiday liability insurance certificate required before check-in.

We enjoyed a super holiday at this property and I couldn't recommend this highly enough. The property worked really well for 2 families and everything went very smoothly, with excellent facilities and very good communication with the owner, Valerie. 5 stars!

Très bonne expérience. Jacques a répondu tres vite a nos demandes et il nous a même réexpédié des affaires oubliés. La maison et la piscine sont superbes. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut. Attention de bien prévoir des draps sinon il y en a en location. Le dortoir n’a malheureusement pas de porte, c’est un simple rideau. C’était un super séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
