The check in was easy and it was really nice having beach chairs and boogie boards for our use. The location was perfect. It's walking distance to the beach and many nice restaurants. The trolley stop was directly in front of the condo so we can hop on it to get around town and over to Dana Point. The beds were very comfy and the ceiling fans made the temp very comfy without AC during the hottest part of the year. We loved sitting on the patio and having coffee in the morning while watching people walk their dogs. On Saturday the farmers market was across the street too.

We loved the location and the house size was very nice. Loved the patio area and sat outside most nights.
One of the bed legs broke on maybe our 3rd night. My husband looked at it and said it looked like It had been repaired before and the other side looked like it had the same problem. When they came to repair my husband was taking a nap. They left and said would come back but never did.

It has quite a unique layout and floor plan here...quite different... but it ended up working out pretty well for our family and friends.
It is close to the downtown area and to the beach , which gave us easy access to lots of things to-do.
The location is on busy cross streets in San Clemente so there is traffic all the time.
There was no blanket in the bedding bag for the sleeper sofa. Sheets and 2 mattress cover pads...
Don't know if the floors were washed very well... all of us walking around Barefoot had black feet, I'm also wondering if it could just been because of all the smoke we've had in the air because of the fires
