The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My wife and I stayed for a weekend with another couple. The location was good, the house was very clean and it suited our needs well. Check in was easy and in general everything was good.

Can't beat the location! Right at North Beach! Clean, comfortable, spacious & organized. Beds are super comfy. Highly recommend!

This a a fantastic location with access to the beach and an A+ French Cafe (Moulin) across the street. Our family of 4 has stayed at this property 3 or 4 times over the past 8-years. It's getting quite run down since when we first stayed. Examples: Broken dining chair, torn towels, towel rack in downstairs bathroom feel apart and I had to re-attach, significant stains on rug under dining room table, beds beginning to sag/get worn/too soft, significant scuffs / worn base boards & hand rail going up stairs, outside deck railing dirty and corroded. Overall, the condo needs a refresh, repaint and touch up's that wouldn't cost much to make it more enjoyable and comfortable.
Also, check out is at 10a with zero flexibility for late checkout even by an hour or 2 according to Vacasa agents making it a challenge to enjoy your last day.
