Everything was great from the beginning, great check in (very nice man was checking us in, forgot the name though). I was contacted by reception to check our arrival time and to be informed that in case of after 10pm check in, other steps needs to be follow when it comes to check in. Staff in the restaurant very nice and helpful, both dinner and breakfast.

Hotel has excellent location & great facilities. Well-equipped apartment provided possibility of comfortable stay. Also, I have to admit great variety of entertainment for kids of different age. SPA zone is adult only after 6pm, so becoming quite and relaxing, which consider all guests' interest (both families with kids and adults only).
Pool would be much appreciated. Also, hotel restaurant kitchen is closed from time to time for a-la carte at daytime, which creates some inconvenience to find lunch (with kids it is not too much suitable).

Amazing breakfast, the location is really great, even though it's right next to the main road, there were no problems. The staff was very nice.
The price is much higher than the value. There is a fee for basically everything. Paying for parking when you already pay so much for the room? The spa was also pretty small and seems it should have more capacity.
