Přístup personálu byl perfektní, domluva na změny skvělá, mohu vřele doporučit, byli jsme spokojeni. Potřebovali jsme posunout dobu příjezdu, na večeři přijít později, nic nebyl problém, vše řeší na chatě s úsměvem. Je možnost mít sebou pejska, panoramata jsou zde perfektní - prostě Krkonoše. Jako 4 členná rodina+pejsek jsme byli spokojeni.

Fantastické a unikátní místo, kam se člověk nedostane každý den. Klid a pohoda. Ano, chalupa je v procesu znovuobnovení a jsou drobnosti k doladění. Ale vše kompenzuje obětavý a milý personál, kterému je k ruce majitel, který si váží hosta a umí to dát vhodně najevo.
Místo, lidé a i pocit, že člověk může tím, že se ubytuje a dá dobré domácí jídlo, pomoci oživení a udržení krkonošské tradice vrcholových chalup.

Personel się starał. Obaj panowie byli mili.
Zdjęcia na booking nie odpowiadały stanowi faktycznemu. Mieliśmy problemy z zamykaniem drzwi do pokoju. Drzwi do pokoju i łazienki (UWAGA bez toalety) skrzypiały a niedomknięte otwierały się. Zanim zamówisz dokładnie sprawdź czy łazienka w pokoju jest z WC. W przeciwnym razie WC wspólne, na korytarzu.
